JENNY MITCHELL - Momma Agape

I am Jenny Mitchell, also known as Mama Agape and I am a Reiki Master, a Certified Sound Healer, Past Life and Current Life Regression Hypnotist, Plexus Activator, and advocate of the Courts of Heaven. I carry a multi-faceted path of study, from the four styles of Reiki to shamanic leaning Munay Ki rites, always weaving in my deep devotion to Mary Magdalene and the sacred art of oils.

My approach is simple yet profound: I do not claim to heal you, but instead hold sacred space as a witness and guide, allowing you to remember and restore your own wholeness.
I believe healing is both medicine and mystery, rooted in love. I am known for exuding a motherly, protective presence. 

Friends and students began calling me Mama Agape because people leave my sessions feeling seen, safe, and restored, often describing the experience as being wrapped in a field of unconditional love.

My work centers on Reiki, sound healing, and sacred ceremony. Beneath every modality is a deeper call to ensure that no one feels as lost as I once did on my own journey.
