I have been fascinated with spirituality, mysticism and energy work for over 40 years. I also do psychic tarot readings. I have been part of the Your Cosmic Connection group for 3 years now, and through the help of some very encouraging and supportive spiritual practitioners, I have developed and sharpened my psychic abilities quite a bit. I have been running a Shaman Drum Circle every Saturday at 5:00 for the last two years and there are now lots of devoted regulars that attend. 

I was an English and Drama teacher for many years, so I used my teaching ability to engage a whole class into a powerful learning experience. Many have told me that if they miss a Saturday, they’re less in tune with their higher selves for that week. In this supportive circle, we rise to a higher plane of consciousness by slowing down our brain waves through drumming. We do gratitude meditations, we journey to meet our spirit animals as well as our spiritual teachers in human form, and we develop our abilities to reach the spirits of our loved ones. We draw Shamanic oracle cards and talk about them as we work to release our blockages and find our soul’s path. We drum and work on such topics as our inner child, shape shifting, having a positive body image and releasing pain and anxiety. 

I am also starting a healing drum circle which is similar to my Shamanic drum circle except it’s less metaphysical in nature. We do a lot of the same healing work except this circle is more geared toward people who are new or a bit apprehensive about metaphysics and energy work. Either way, this drum circle is a welcoming and deep healing place where we go within to heal and find our soul’s purpose in life.
